Refund Policy

1. À la carte packages
If we fail to deliver a package against its written scope (e.g., the agreed number of placements at the agreed quality bar), we refund the package or apply credit to a different service, at your choice.
2. Subjective dissatisfaction
We do not refund based on subjective dissatisfaction with placements that meet our published quality bar (DR threshold, traffic verification, topical relevance). Quality is defined in writing before delivery.
3. Retainers
Monthly retainer fees cover the work performed in that month. Unused capacity does not roll over. If we terminate an engagement before month-end, we refund the unused portion pro-rata.
4. Replacement guarantee vs. refund
Removed placements are addressed via our 12-month replacement guarantee, not refunds. We replace removed placements on comparable sites at no cost; refunds apply only to undelivered work.
5. Disputes
Refund disputes can be raised by emailing hello@ankore.io. We respond within 5 business days and attempt to resolve in good faith before any third-party action.
