Participate in evaluating the latest in analytics and machine learning technologies, and determining how to incorporate these into our data science strategy. Â
Responsible for staying up to date on the latest data science techniques and determining how to bring these into the day-to-day work. Â
Responsible for technical execution and project management for one or more scrum teams to deliver business value for our customers. Â
Building team culture, HR policies, and hiring standards.
Active participation in recruiting and interviewing efforts to continue to build the data science team. Â

Education & Experience Required:Â Â
Advanced degree (PHD, MS) in relevant field. For example but not limited to physics, math, or computer science Â
Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills Â
Min 10+ years of professional experience in data science or related role Â
Min 5+ years of management experience in data science or related role Â
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams Â
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required Â
Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred Â
Experience with the development of machine learning algorithms and predictive models Â
AWS experience preferred Â
