Partner with Cross-Functional stakeholders to develop usable Dashboards that surface operational insights and recommendations that aim to continuously improve our Product Line P&Ls and Business-Line KPIs. Lead the design, development, and implementation of a robust and scalable data architecture. Develop and maintain data models, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data quality standards.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of BI tools and technologies. Lead the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations.
Work collaboratively with IT/Engineering teams to ensure the efficient integration of data systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to automate as much of the manual data analytics and reporting that is currently done across the organization to streamline operations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data architecture and BI.
Manage and mentor junior data analysts and BI developers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing financial data solutions.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and data quality principles.
Experience with BI tools and technologies (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Excellent SQL querying skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for business stakeholders
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $128,000- $146,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
