Build and Maintain – You will contribute to the build and maintenance of the technology and data platform architecture that processes and translates our data for strategic decision-making. This will include maintaining and supporting new data integrations and pipelines.

Own and Deliver – You will assist in the direction, management and implementation of the data engineering roadmap and strategy. You will also be responsible for owning and delivering projects within the data engineering team.

Collaborate – You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, systems engineers, software engineers, and key stakeholders to identify performance enhancements and opportunities for leveraging the organisation’s data assets to create impact in a fast-moving environment.

Skills and Experience
We encourage you to remove education from your CV upon application as qualifications are not a driving factor in our decision making and we are committed to tackling educational inequality. Strong, proven skillset in Python & SQL
Experience maintaining and working on ELT architecture and/or analytics platforms
Experience with monitoring data quality, job execution times, job success/failure and remediation
Experience and knowledge in data warehousing and data modelling best practices
Ability to understand & translate business requirements into technical implementation
Passion for mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives.
