Understands the use and limitation of Human Data Science in relation to our customers’ needs
Facilitates meetings designed to delve into client’s/customer’s needs to match those needs with IQVIA AIML solutions
Supports creation of project road maps required to deploy completed solutions so that clients/customers may utilize them
Determines key metrics to be used for measuring/tracking success of IQVIA model for client
Guides other team members in the creation client specific product specifications, communications, and informational materials
Ensures resolution of any issues that clients/customers encounter, as well as, offering support towards successful resolution either by guiding more junior team members or escalating issues to more senior team members
Applies AIML knowledge to develop (and potentially implement) methods of solving the customer’s problem in collaboration with other experts as applicable
May lead larger or more complex customer projects dependent on AIML solutions/offerings
Establishes strong credibility with the customer through projects/discussions pertaining to AIML capabilities, and develops strong AIML customer relationships
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field Req
6-8 years’ experience working on creating machine learning algorithms or an equivalent level of experience in domains that qualify the individual to lead customer engagements / sales cycles involving AIML capabilities and solutions
Sufficient experience to understand and be credible as an AIML expert, for example programming experience in one or more of the following: Java, C++, Python or equivalent
Experience working with large, real world human datasets

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $138,000.00 – $206,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
